Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 5–10 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and do not include processing time.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some items (like body butters and balms) may melt during hot weather. This does not affect the product's quality. If your item arrives soft or melted, place it in a cool, dry place or the fridge to firm up again.
