At Meadow & Glow, we take great pride in crafting natural skincare products using the highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, scent, or individual skin response.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and a photo of the product(s) in question. We will happily offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase by emailing meadowandglow@gmail.com. After this window, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order.
